Guidelines on Fees
ON REGISTRATION FEES
  • Due at the time of enrollment.
  • Non-refundable.
  • Waived if the child will be in the second subject.
  • Waived if the child transfers to another Eye Level Center, provided their last attendance in the previous Eye Level Center is not more than three (3) months.
  • If recessed for more than three (3) months, a student will be considered a new member upon re-enrollment and will be subjected to a new enrollment fee.
ON DEPOSIT FEE
  • Required per subject/member; payable upon enrollment
  • Deposit fee is strictly consumable and not refundable.
  • Member must be at least six (6) months enrolled in the center to be able to consume the deposit.
  • A notice of at least one (1) month is required for withdrawal, in order to apply the deposit on the last month. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • If the member withdraw in the program without notice, the deposit fee cannot be consumed nor refunded anymore.
  • In the member will transfer to other Eye Level center, a new deposit fee will be charged.
ON TUITION FEE
  • Due on or before 25th of the preceding month.
  • Members who failed to pay the monthly tuition fee will not be given booklets.
  • Tuition fee is fixed per calendar month regardless of the number of center visits.
  • Unattended sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Kindly pick up your child’s booklets if he/she is unable to attend his/her scheduled center days.
  • Timely payment is highly appreciated.
